UltraTape 4421/0421 is a cleanroom barrier tape, used to create an OSHA compliant, highly visible marker for dangerous areas. This non-adhesive tape is a plastic core with a polyethylene coating. It is yellow with “CAUTION” printed in black lettering . UltraTape 4421/0421 provides the following benefits:
