ifloortape accepts payments through Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and by Purchase Order.
All credit cards are handled through our secure gateway. Registered customers can save their credit cards for faster checkout. Credit card information is saved by Authorize.net. No credit card information is stored on this site. Your credit card number and personal information are secure.

Customers who have established an account may use a purchase order number to place an order at ifloortape. Customers who use purchase orders are required to send a copy of the purchase order by email to email@example.com. If you are a new customer you may register an account and then place an order with a PO number. We will contact you to set up terms before processing the order.
Generally orders will ship within 1-2 business days from the day your order is placed. If you require same day or overnight shipping, please contact us at 1-503-362-7500 or email firstname.lastname@example.org Free shipping is offered to the 48 continental United States only. We will do our best to get your order processed and shipped the same day, typically orders need to be received before 9:00 AM PST for same day shipping. In some cases the product will ship from Eastern Standard Time locations that may affect the shipping deadline. Orders are FOB supplier dock. Flat rate shipping option applies to the continental USA only. When shipping international, customs can delay packages by up to 6 weeks. Orders are most often sent via USPS unless noted otherwise.
ifloortape is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Refunds and Exchanges
We match the return policy of our manufacturers. Please contact us regarding returns. Some manufacturers do not allow returns. Where returns are accepted, the factory policy is a 25% re-stocking fee on all returns. ifloortape cannot accept refunds or exchanges without a Return Merchandise Authorization. Please email email@example.com to request a Return Authorization. Return shipping to be paid by purchaser.
Items with a value of $75 or more must be returned using a trackable shipping method. Items valued more than $200 must also be insured. All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) must be returned with the item. Products that have been damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to returns.
