    This policy describes what information iFloortape collects, why we collect it, and how we protect it. It applies to ifloortape.com and all related products and services.

    iFloortape does not share your personal contact information — including your name, email address, phone number, or mailing address — with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. 
    No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

    Information We Collect

    Order & account information: When you place an order or create an account we collect your name, shipping address, email address, and phone number. This is used solely to process and fulfill your order and to maintain your order history for easy reordering.

    Payment information: Payments are processed through eBiz Charge and PayPal. Credit card and financial data is transmitted and stored on PCI-compliant servers only. iFloortape does not store your full card number.

    Shipping information: We use ShipStation to generate shipping labels. When an order ships directly from a manufacturer, your shipping address is shared with that supplier solely to fulfill your order.

    Site analytics: We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. This service uses cookies — small text files stored in your browser — to collect anonymized traffic data such as pages visited and session duration. No personally identifiable information is included. You can opt out via Google's opt-out tool or by configuring your browser to block cookies. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.

    How We Use Your Information

    We use the information we collect to process and ship orders, respond to customer service requests, maintain order history for registered accounts, and send transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates). If you opt in to our mailing list, we may also send product news and promotions — you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.

    Information Sharing

    iFloortape does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only as required to fulfill your order: with payment processors (Authorize.Net, PayPal), our shipping platform (ShipStation), and manufacturing suppliers when applicable. Each third party is bound by their own privacy and security commitments.

    We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of iFloortape or others.

    Data Security

    We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. Sensitive payment data is handled exclusively through PCI-compliant processors.

    Your Rights

    You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or request deletion of your data by contacting us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.
